- All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%
- Cash or cheque only - sorry we do not take credit cards. Customers must provide full name, address and telephone number, and proof of identity if wishing to pay by cheque.
- Prices are subject to change dependant on availability.
- The 10 rate is for 10-99 plants per variety, the 100 rate is for 100+ plants per variety (prices on request).
- Account holders who collect orders of less than £10 in value, exclusive of VAT, must pay cash on collection.
- All goods remain the property of Knowl Park Nurseries until paid for in full.

| DELIVERY AND ORDER LIFTING |
- Orders over £300 can be lifted up to 5 days in advance by arrangement.
- Orders not collected within 5 days of lifting will be returned to stock.
- Delivery is free for orders over £500.
- Lifting and Delivery charge of £50 for orders under £500 within a 50 mile radius of our nursery

| GUARANTEES AND REPLACEMENTS |
- We cannot be held responsible for losses caused by frost, drought, or other weather conditions.
- Plants damaged in transit will only be replaced if carriage is by our own transport.
- Complaints must be made in writing within seven days of collection or delivery.
